1. What file formats do you provide?
- We offer a wide range of embroidery file formats, including DST, PES, JEF, VP3, EXP, HUS, XXX, VIP, and more
- You can check the product description of each design to see the available formats
2. How do I download my files?
- After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link
- You can also access your files through the order confirmation page after checkout
3. Can I use the designs for commercial purposes?
- Yes, our embroidery files can be used for personal and small business commercial use
- You may use the files to create physical embroidered items for sale
- However, reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital files themselves is strictly prohibited
4. Do you offer refunds?
- Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final
- We only offer replacements if files are corrupted or not working as expected
5. What should I do if a file doesn't work?
- If a file is corrupted or won’t open in your embroidery software or machine, please contact us at contactembronia@gmail.com
- We’ll gladly assist or send a corrected version of the file
6. I bought the same file twice by mistake. Can I get a refund?
- Yes, if you accidentally purchase the same file more than once, email us with your order numbers and we’ll issue a refund or replacement
7. Can I request a custom embroidery design?
- At this time, we do not offer custom embroidery services
- However, we’re always expanding our collection based on popular themes and seasonal trends
