1. Digital Product Policy

- All products sold on our website are non-tangible digital files

- Once a purchase is completed and the files are downloaded, we cannot offer returns or refunds

- By completing your purchase, you agree to this no-refund policy

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Corrupted Files

- If your downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or not working as intended, please contact us within 7 days of purchase

- We will provide a working replacement file or fix the issue at no extra cost

3. Duplicate Purchases

- If you accidentally purchased the same design more than once, contact us with your order details

- We will verify the duplicate purchase and offer an exchange or refund for the duplicate item

4. File Compatibility

- It is your responsibility to ensure your embroidery machine supports the file formats we provide (e.g., DST, PES, JEF, VP3, EXP, HUS, etc.)

- Refunds will not be granted for incompatibility due to machine limitations

5. Customer Responsibility

- Please download and back up your files promptly after purchase

- We are not responsible for lost files due to customer error, device malfunction, or expired download links
